DASVERDIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dasverdic, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care and body care products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products:
We accept returns only if:
•The product arrives damaged during transit.
•The product is defective or faulty.
•You receive an incorrect item that differs from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must:
•Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
•Provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
•Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible products.
An exchange may be approved if:
•You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
•The product is returned in accordance with this policy.
•The requested replacement product is available in stock.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
•Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, except where a manufacturing defect exists.
•Products purchased on clearance, promotion, or marked as final sale.
•Products returned due to personal preference, scent preference, allergic reactions, or a change of mind.
•Products that have been improperly stored, handled, or used contrary to product instructions.

REFUNDS
Where a return is approved and an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or fulfillment error on our part, Dasverdic will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or arrange collection where applicable.

If an exchange is requested for reasons other than our error, any applicable shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
